How the vault works
Your cards stay at the store, photographed, sealed and recorded in your name, until you want them home.
We received it, photographed it, sealed it with a numbered seal and recorded it as yours. Slabs are checked against the grader’s own records.
Your items are kept apart from the store’s own stock, each in a labelled place. Insurance details: FPO, to confirm.
Any time. We prepare it within a set number of working days (FPO: the number to confirm) and you get the record of it for good.
Your money and your items sit behind a recovery phrase only you hold. Send whenever you like, and export the phrase any time.
Every month we count every item in the vault and publish that the count matches the records.
